Vendors must:

  • Protect all confidential information shared by Connectlyx or its clients
  • Not disclose or misuse any sensitive data
  • Sign NDAs if required

Vendors are expected to:

  • Deliver services as per agreed timelines and quality standards
  • Communicate proactively regarding project updates
  • Maintain consistency and reliability

6. Payments & Invoicing
